  • Only completed courses will be displayed on the transcript. Courses in-process are not listed.
  • Transcripts obtained through this system are deemed official.

IMPORTANT:

Use of this system is restricted to persons legally authorized to request educational records. The Acellus ID provides the fastest result and may be obtained by contacting the parent or guardian of the Acellus student. If the Acellus ID is not available, the student’s name and date of birth may be used instead. When a name and date of birth do not identify a single student record, the request is forwarded to our records staff for review – and you will be contacted at the email address provided.
